These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TrajectoryMe website and mobile application (collectively referred herein as “Platform”), which currently serves as an informational platform for the personal development service designed to help users build structured, goal-driven life strategies. By continuing to use the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

In this document, “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the operators of TrajectoryMe, and “you” or “your” refer to the individual accessing the Platform.

1. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

To preserve the integrity, security, and purpose of the Platform, you agree not to:

  • Use automated systems such as bots, crawlers, or scripts to access the Platform;
  • Engage in any activity that may damage, disable, or impair the functionality of the Platform;
  • Misrepresent your identity or submit false or misleading information;
  • Access or attempt to access other users’ data or private areas of the Platform without authorization;
  • Violate any intellectual property rights associated with the Platform;
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform content without written permission;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the Platform’s source code or system architecture.

Violation of this policy may result in denial of access or legal action.

2. SUBMISSION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Certain areas of the Platform may invite you to share personal data, such as your name and email address, in order to subscribe to updates or express early interest in the platform.

By submitting this information, you agree to:

  • Provide only accurate and complete details;
  • Keep your data up to date;
  • Acknowledge that we may contact you in connection with future developments or related communications.

We reserve the right to restrict access or remove submissions that appear fraudulent, misleading, or malicious.

3. PURPOSE AND LIMITATIONS OF THE PLATFORM

TrajectoryMe functions as an informational Platform. The purpose of this site is to:

  • Introduce the vision, objectives, and framework of the platform;
  • Explain the strategic planning approach adapted from business methodologies to individual self-development.

4. USER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK

The Platform may offer users the ability to post comments in designated areas. In order to post a comment, you may be required to provide your name and email address. By submitting a comment, you agree that:

  • Your name and email address may be stored for the purpose of communication, moderation, or responding to your input;
  • You will refrain from posting abusive, offensive, or unlawful content;
  • We reserve the right to remove any comment at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
  • We are not responsible for any third-party content shared through comments or the opinions expressed therein.

5. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY AND MAINTENANCE

We may temporarily suspend or restrict access to the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or improvements without prior notice. While we aim to minimize downtime, we make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access or availability.

6. ONLINE PAYMENTS

You represent and warrant that if you are making online payments that (i) any credit card, debit card and bank account information you supply is true, correct and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honoured by your credit/debit card company or bank, (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you in the amounts posted, including any applicable taxes, and (iv) you are the person in whose name the card was issued and you are authorized to make a purchase or other transaction with the relevant credit card and credit card information.

7. LICENSE TO USE THE PLATFORM

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform and its content for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its content.

You may access and view the Platform on your computer or other internet compatible device for your personal, non-commercial use only. To the extent you need to download software or documentation to use the products or services on the site, we grant you a limited, non-assignable, non-transferable, revocable license to use such materials solely to utilize such products or services. Such license will terminate when you no longer use our services.

8. NO GUARANTEE

Registering on our Platform, including signing up for a newsletter or joining a waitlist, does not constitute a guarantee that the services described will be delivered. We make no commitment regarding launch timelines, availability, or final scope of the product.

If the product or services are eventually provided—whether via the web, mobile app, or other means—they will be delivered on an “as-is” basis, without any warranties, express or implied, regarding performance, fitness for a particular purpose, or reliability.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND CONTENT

Our Platform may contain hyperlinks to external Platforms. These are provided for your convenience only. We do not control or endorse the content of third-party Platforms, and we are not responsible for their practices, policies, or content accuracy.

10. PROHIBITION ON COMMERCIAL USE

Client agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the program (including course materials), use of the program, or access to the program. This agreement is not transferable or assignable without the Company’s prior written consent.

11. TERMINATION FOR UNPROFESSIONALISM

We are committed to providing all program participants with a positive experience. By signing below, you agree that the Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate this agreement, and limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in the program without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments if you become disruptive or difficult to work with, if you fail to follow the program guidelines, including but not limited to violating the privacy and confidentiality of the participants or Company, or if you otherwise impair the participation of program participants in the program.

12. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrajectoryMe, its affiliates, and its team from any liabilities, claims, or demands arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be secure, available, or free of errors.

14. NON-WAIVER OF RIGHTS

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in any instance.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify any portion of these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make any material change in how we collect, use, disclose or otherwise process personal information, we will prominently post a notice regarding such change on the Services. Where required to do so by law, we may seek your prior consent to any material changes we make to this Policy.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
